This is an interactive skill builder designed to increase effectiveness in handling outbound calls. The relationship established in the first few minutes of n outbound telephone call will dictate the chances of success.

"What" is said should give the customer a reason to want to have the conversation. "How" it is said should give the customer a reason to have a conversation.

Learning Outcomes
When participants have completed this module they will:
  know how to establish a positive relationship with the customers they have called
  be able to obtain customer agreement to have a conversation (including customer permission to ask questions
