Instructor-led Courses

All of our structured programs are configured to be 1/2 day or 1 day programs. Training is held on-site at your location or a location (hotel, etc.) of your choice.

Most are assessment-based learning, with the instruction tailored to each participant’s needs based on identified strengths and areas for development.

These programs are designed to maximize individual learning in order to enhance workplace performance and effectiveness. Thus class participants can come from any level of the organization, from entry level to the executive level.
