Validity indicates whether an assessment measures the concept it is intended to measure. Reliability indicates whether an assessment is measuring a concept consistently.

Validity and Reliability Are Important
Inscape Publishing DiSC learning instruments help you better understand yourself and others by clarifying what you are thinking and feeling in a particular situation. Within our learning instruments, you can find your responses and tendencies and compare them with those of others. You receive an interpretation of your results that helps you understand and explain your responses and assists you in most effectively and efficiently reaching your goals.
