PPSS — DiSC Applied to Work Settings

The DiSC PPSS - Personal Profile System provides individuals and teams with detailed, personalized information to help them apply DiSC learning in a variety of business applications. The PPSS profile provides a non-judgmental language for exploring behavioral issues in a particular situation.. For maximum impact and retention, use the included companion instruments to define role expectations and improve interpersonal communication.

It offers a wide range of practical interpretive reports that help people improve their effectiveness in customer service, sales and management. The reports cover a variety of behavioral characteristics, including:
    –  behavioral strengths and weaknesses
    –  motivativing and demotivating factors
    –  communications approach
    –  management and selling style

Improve effectiveness in four main application areas:
    –  self-awareness / self-management
    –  peer relationship / team building
    –  performance coaching / managing others
    –  client relationships

Participants can take the profile / assessment in Spanish / Español with option to view completed reports in English
If you do not speak Spanish, take advantage of the "View in English" feature which allows you to send Spanish language access codes and view the completed reports in English. As an added benefit, Spanish and English reports can both be included in composite reports, including the DiSC Team View Report, the DiSC Facilitator Report, and the DiSC Group Culture Report.
